Repair center’s price list of services

Repair center’s services are calculated according to the time spent + the price of parts and consumables in accordance with the valid price list.
VAT is included in the price.

* The cost of diagnostics shall be charged in case of a non-warranty repair
cancellation.

** Repairer’s working hours shall be calculated in proportion to the working
time spent. The minimum unit of account shall be 0.5 h.

For warranty repairs delivery to the repair center and return from the repair center shall be free of charge. We organize the collection of the device and return it to your address at our expense!

For non-warranty repairs,, the user shall pay for both the delivery to the Repair Center and the return from the Repair Center. The cost of delivery shall be included in the price of the service. The price of device delivery shall depend on the weight of the package.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS – repairs when the user requests an emergency procedure, the price of the service shall be increased by 50%.

In some cases, when you repair the device by yourself, the time required to repair the device may increase.

General terms of the Repair Center and a service contract

Repair requests shall be submitted directly to the branch offices of the dealer from whom the device was purchased.

Requests for repair of devices purchased at Xiaomi Stores or in the
webshop www.mi.hr
shall be submitted via the user portal, after which the Repair Center shall organize the collection of the device by courier service.

The Repair Center shall deliver the device to the user at the address specified in the work order by courier service, or the user shall collect the device from the Repair Center or Mi Stores only with the presentation of the work order.

The period for device/equipment collection following the notification of the completion of the device/equipment repair processing shall be 15 days.The period for device collection shall be an essential part of this contract.

If the user does not collect the device within 45 days from the date of the Repair Center’s notification on the completion of repair processing,, the user agrees that it shall be considered a waiver of ownership rights over the device and the device shall be considered an abandoned item in accordance with Article 132 of the Law on Ownership and Other Real Property Rights. In this case, the Repair Center may treat the device as a movable property owned by no one, in accordance with Article 131 of the Law on Ownership and Other Real Property Rights and sell it to third parties in order to recover all its costs. The user explicitly and unconditionally confirms that the Repair Center shall have the right of retention on the subject of repair in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of
the Civil Obligations Act and shall be authorized, pursuant to Article 75, to recover all its costs related to the repair, as well as other costs, from the value generated by the sale of the device to third parties.

During the repair, all data may be deleted from the device. The repair center does not assume any responsibility for the user’s data or the storage of the user’s data, and the return of the data to the device shall be the responsibility of the user. In addition to this, we are not responsible for the additional equipment that is not part of the sales package and that was
delivered to the Repair Center together with the device.

The diagnostics fee in case of a non-warranty repair cancellation shall be
HRK 95 / EUR 12.61

Repair procedure

The device can be delivered to our Repair Center:

  • personally, at the address (Bijelić Co d.o.o., Ulica Sv. L. B. Mandića 50a, Osijek)
  • personally, to Xiaomi Store
  • by courier service

In case the user is unable to personally deliver the device, we organize the
collection of the device by DPD courier service. We kindly ask the users to follow the repair procedure for delivering the device to our Repair Center and returning the device to the address.

NOTICE FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF THE DEVICE TO THE REPAIR CENTER

It is necessary to fill out the Request for the collection and delivery of the device form to order the delivery of the device for repair to our Repair Center with the return to the user’s address.

After filling out the request form, please be ready for the delivery courier to
collect the package within the next 2 working days, so please prepare the package and wait for the courier to arrive.

PACKAGING

In case of warranty repairs, please provide the following together with the
device:

  • Filled out warranty card (in case of a purchase at mi.hr, the invoice has the function of a warranty card)
  • A copy of the retail invoice
  • Necessary equipment (charger, cables, etc.)
  • Your work order number

We kindly ask the users to protect the items in a safe way before sending
the package. It is recommended to use a transport box with adequate filling
in order not to damage the product. In order for the package to arrive at
our Repair Center quickly and safely, please follow the Instructions for proper packaging.

If you are sending multiple devices, it is advisable to pack them individually in a strong box filled with suitable protective material such as styrofoam, paper, etc., which will prevent damage to the contents. Such shipment must have a prominent label on the packaging with the inscription “BEWARE OF FRAGILE”.

PACKAGE COLLECTION

The expected delivery of the device to our Repair Center from the moment of collection is 1 to 3 working days.

RETURN OF DEVICE FROM THE REPAIR CENTER

Following the completed repair, we will notify the user via e-mail and return
the device to the address.
