Notification on the Procedure for Submitting Consumer Complaints

In accordance with 10. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (Narodne novine br.41/14), we inform consumers that they can express dissatisfaction with the purchased product or provided service by submitting a complaint in written form. We will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. Complaints can be sent by email to info@bijelic.co.hr or to the address: Bijelic Co d.o.o., Sv. L. B. Mandića 13a, 31000 Osijek, Croatia.

The trader is obliged to respond in writing within 15 days from the day of receiving the complaint.

If a User wishes to lodge a complaint concerning personal data protection, this can also be done via the email address info@bijelic.co.hr.
